FAQ

Q. What are the popular tours?

A. Tokyo Japanesque Afternoon (4hrs) and Tokyo Time Travel (6hrs) are the most popular for first-time visitors.

Q. Can I change itinerary on the day?

A. It’s possible, but not recommended because the guide will bring some interesting materials to explain the places you visit.

Q. When and how can I receive the JPEG data of the photos?

A. If the tour ends before 4 p.m., you’ll receive the data by midnight on the same day, and by the midnight on the following day if it’s after 4 p.m. However, during high seasons like April or October, it could take 3-4 business days. We’ll send you the data via Dropbox.

Q. How can I receive my photo book?

We’ll mail it directly to your home. You’ll receive the photo book about a month after the tour. The shipping fee is included. If you need faster service for an anniversary etc., the expedited service is available for 1,000 yen.

Q. Can you use some of the photos I took in other parts of Japan for the photo book?

A. Yes. Please send us your JPEG data. We can arrange them together with our data.

Q. Can I ask for some advice about other sightseeing spots?

A. Of course! Your guide will be happy to answer your questions during the tour. If you need more support, you can use our consultation and online navigation service.

Q. How can I make payment?

After you choose a tour and the schedule is confirmed, we’ll send you an invoice by email for online payment through PayPal. You can pay through your PayPal account or use a credit or debit card without creating a PayPal account. Here is the procedure:
